The process was very effective in preparing our place for sale. The communication was always timely and informative . I always felt Peter was working for me to maximise the price and not simply looking for a quick sale at a reduced price. He effectively communicated between parties during the negotiation period to maximise the price for the property. My expectations were that it would take a lot longer to find a buyer, therefore Trish and I were happy with the relatively short time to find a buyer at a price within our price range expectations
