We trusted Peter to guide us through both selling and buying, but unfortunately, we feel let down on multiple fronts. We were sold a property that has since been identified as having significant mould contamination, costing approximately $50,000 in damages. We were not advised to conduct a site or building inspection that may have uncovered these issues. When selling our home, we experienced limited buyer interest and minimal strategic effort beyond his suggested price reductions. Protective measures such as making our purchase subject to sale were never discussed. We ultimately sold below value and moved into a home requiring major remediation. This has been an incredibly costly and distressing experience. We recommend that anyone working with this agent seek independent advice and ensure all due diligence steps are taken.
