On making the very difficult descision to sell our house we contacted 6 agents you being the first. You arrived on time and told us what you could do for us, all backed up with a wealth of documents. I was very impressed ,however I let you know we were going to have a few other agents out as well to see what they could offer. We listened to the others and initially were going to give the contract to another agent. At the last minute we deceided we were going to give you the contract. This descision was based on the following, not once did we receive phone calls asking if we had made a descision as to who we were going with. The other agents constantly rang sometimes twice a day.
