I could not have chosen a better agent. Peter knew and recommended the perfect changes required to make the property appealing and was adept at getting buyers to compete against each other to get a price better then I hoped for. He recommended a proficient conveyancer at a competitive price. Peter did a great job in a difficult environment with rising interest rates and got me out of a stressful situation with my mortgage
