Peter is friendly and personable - did not have all the keys to the property - should have informed me before settlement that he only had door keys. I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and this is the first time I haven't been given all the keys. More expense having to change locks and have keys made!

I had been looking to purchase a property in Rosebud for about a year. I was about to give up when a house Peter Dodd was selling caught my attention! I initially hesitated to make contact as had some negative experiences with some local agents and felt my energy and hope depleting. As I was unable to make the first opening I contacted Peter to arrange a private inspection. Peter was extremely accommodating and was able to arrange a private inspection for the very next day! Peter worked very hard to sell our home during a difficult time as house sales were slow and prices had dropped significantly in the area. However he persisted and came through with a sale and terms that we were happy with in the end.
