He communicated with us regularly and frequently made trips to the property on very short notice, to help out. I very much appreciated this. Additionally, as we renovated and resold the property, Peter used his building background and expertise to help us with renovation tips, which really came in handy. Peter was a warm Agent who put a lot of effort in, and did an overall good job.

He impressed me with his industry knowledge and the professionalism. Peter priority was certainly me as the seller. He used what ever means at his disposal to get the price and conditions that would be the best for me. His communication with me during the sale was adequate but there were some occasions where I had to call him to find out what was going on. I accepted this as the trade off for his relatively low commission. My perception is that his business model to do the absolute minimum to sell a property and to sell them as quickly as possible (particularly in high demand areas like where my property was). I had to request a second open inspection - I think he was trying to avoid it - but he did move quickly to organise one when I asked. Again, given the low commission, I wasn't expecting an exceptional high level of service. He advice was quite good when it came to addressing requests from potential buyers, and he saved me a bit of money on repairs that I could have but didn't complete based on his advice. Although he delivered me a good outcome in terms of price and contract terms, I thought some of his methods were questionable against the buyers. He was very open about his discussions with potential buyers, which gave me an interesting insight into the real estate game! I would not have liked to have dealt with him as a buyer. I guess in the current sellers market, he can get away with that. I have said I would recommend him but not if you were buying a house from him.

Peter understood what we were looking for and how we wished to proceed. We believe he did a great job and worked hard to get the price we did. We would use him again in the future if need be.
