I am very pleased to review the complex and successful process which has resulted in the successful sale of my two lots known as the Reef Hill. Together we developed a plan which took the two rather bare lots, only one with road access. through to two independent and attractive homestead sites. The lots had been owned by the one family for 150 years and therefore any sale involved clarifying old system titles. The process involved numerous consultations with Peter. Substantial works, including a highway access bridge, surveying and boundary fencing had to be evaluated and then completed. Eventually but according to plan, the land was brought to auction when one portion was sold immediately and the other some time later. Peter created and maintained an enthusiastic and positive atmosphere throughout. I felt well informed and fully supported throughout and am pleased to recommend Peters services.
