Great property managers and the sale went well too!

I had a rental property with PDRE for over 10 years then when I retired it was time to sell and engaged PDRE. They were very good communicators with the tenants and organised buyer inspections to suit both parties and gave me regular, prompt feedback on each potential buyer. After a few false starts for a variety of reasons by the purchasers we finally got a young family to buy and they were ecstatic. Very happy with the process and outcome.
