By comparison to other agents we have had the misfortune of dealing with, Peter far surpasses their attention to service , basic knowledge & common decency . To make this deal more tenuous than what was needed by anyone, was a seller who was unbelievably unrealistic, self centred to the point of ludacracy & just downright rude to Peter.
