We have been dealing with Peter on and off since 2012 and as always it is a great experience. Peter shows professionalism and integrity when discussing facets of our property and has a very solid knowledge of the market. A great communicator and a great bloke. Thanks again
I had a very positive experience working with Peter Forbes to sell my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and guided the process with confidence, ultimately achieving a great outcome for me. Whenever I reached out for updates or clarification, Peter was responsive and helpful, ensuring everything continued to progress smoothly. I felt supported throughout the process and confident in his approach. Overall, he did an excellent job managing the sale and delivering a successful result. I truly appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.
Peter maintained good communication throughout the purchase process and was responsive when questions arose. The negotiation phase involved several competing offers and some back-and-forth, which required patience, but in the end the transaction was completed successfully and settlement went smoothly. Overall the process was handled professionally and the purchase was finalised at the agreed terms.
Peter made the whole process easy and stress free. His initial valuation was pretty good for the local market. Was a fast sale. Which we love. Thanks Pete
He was very honest and had a lot of knowledge about the area we were buying in. He was great at problem solving when it came to issues with the house.
It took us a full year to find the right home, and then we met Peter Forbes from 1property. From the start, he was honest, genuine, and refreshingly not salesy. He does business the old-fashioned way, with integrity and care. His communication was always prompt and clear. Professional yet easy to talk to, like an old friend. We highly recommend him to our friends and family.
Thanks Peter you’re awesome, nothing was too much trouble, you got it sold 👍
