Peter was ALWAYS available. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a studio and the negotiations didn’t take so long. He helped me and encouraged also when I freaked out about my mortgage by reassuring me that the investment was super good. I like the fact that he pretty straightforward and he doesn’t go around things. Highly recommended!!!
