Peter knew the local market and was well aware of all recent sales movements and buyers expectations in the local market. My selling price expectations were somewhat ambitious however Peter was patient to work with me and brought me down to the required expectation in order to achieve a sale. He did this by showing me the market comparable sales on a daily basis. Given the tough market and poor results in the area due to the current climate, I wasn't thrilled with the selling price however I was impressed with Peter's dedication, service and persistence. Having been looking to purchase for a while it was a pleasure to deal with Peter who was always responsive to requests to view the property and to answer questions that I had.
