Peter did an excellent job with the sake of our property. He was dealing with very elderly people, he reassured them, showed respect and more importantly showed great understanding and flexibility. Even though we had a target price, he exceeded the price but then did not rest but went even further to get an even better price. He did not stop at exceeding. Thanks.
