It is my pleasure to write a feedback as a review on behalf of my wife Inge and me of H&H Real Estate and in particular Peter Georkas during the extended period our investment property at 95 O'Dell St has been on the market. As many of you will know, I have had a long experience as a Real Estate Agent in Armidale which spanned the years 1960 to 2012 when I "retired". I have had, and continue to have a very close relationship with PG, Meg and team HH. We have been blessed with wonderful tenants at 95 O'Dell St since we carried out extensive renovations. Our rental connection with Jeanie at Professionals (previously worked at our office) has been excellent. We completely trusted PG to manage the sale process which was on and off depending on the length of the rental tenancies. The marketing by Meg was excellent and the whole team became involved in the sales process. Peter was exceptional in keeping us informed at all times. He had open houses, individual inspections and always reported back to us as to progress. It has been a difficult time for some buyers with job uncertainties and we experienced this on several occasions with buyers loving the property but being in lock-down, made it very difficult.
