what happened to be an absolute fluke, our meeting with Peter Georkas turned out to be a blessing in disguise. My wife and I were in Armidale looking to buy a house and by chance we saw this one and thought we would like to have a look through. After seeing Peter and him taking us to see the home we both fell in love with it. We made an offer which he took back to the owner and this was accepted. He had open houses, individual inspections and always reported back to us as to progress. It has been a difficult time for some buyers with job uncertainties and we experienced this on several occasions with buyers loving the property but being in lock-down, made it very difficult. Fresh to the Northern Tablelands we were put at ease with the service provided by Peter and his team. Very pleasant and friendly to deal with.
