Peter has a terrific team. I purchased a rental property from HH. I contacted HH office and Rhonda recommended a building inspector who did a very thorough job. I was only able to make an offer at the Christmas/New Year period and she contacted vendors and helped with the negotiations, got extra information and then facilitated exchange of contracts in early January. She always arranged prompt access for tradesmen who I had asked to provide quotes. She is helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and patient - everything you could hope for in a real estate professional.
