We went straight to Peter to sell our property based on his great reputation and wealth of experience in the area. While we had not had dealings with Peter previously in a professional capacity, he was known to us through various philanthropic activities he undertakes in the local community. Peter gave us an honest appraisal of our home, and was friendly and professional to deal with. He encouraged us to seek additional opinions from other agents; we managed to go to one other agent (a relative newcomer to the area with a reputation for fast sales), and we soon discovered why Peter was the best. This other agent was rude, disdainful of our partially-renovated property, and more interested in their social media image than giving us an accurate appraisal of our property's worth.
