The H&H staff were excellent at their task, always communicating with us about all major and minor stages of the selling process. This was a difficult situation because they had two levels of communication to deal with: to the children who were internet and phone savvy and to the parent (the seller) who relied on paper and land line or personal communication only. They achieved both very well and I thank them for accommodating us they way they did. The process was also well explained and there was plenty of information provided on how the selling was going at all times. Thanks again to Peter and his staff.
