When I was in Armidale several times..everone I spoke to (taxi drivers..tradies) said "you won't be disappointed..he sold a house for us or in one case he had sold more than one house for a guy. We don't live there any more hence it was a lot more involved than a normal sale. The initial proposal of sale as clear, well set out and to the point, with none of the empty fill and self-promotion that came from other Real Estate agency proposals whom we had approached. Peter presents as a warm and honest person without the hard sell approach I find so distasteful in this industry.
