People always talk about buying your first home, but not many talk about what it's like to sell your first one. I had no idea where to start, but from day one Peter, Meg and Katrina made the whole process feel incredibly easy and stress-free. There was never such a thing as a silly question (and I had plenty!), and every step was explained so clearly. The checklists, timelines and information they provided meant I always knew what was happening next, which took so much of the stress out of the experience. Their communication was always prompt, clear and honest, and I genuinely felt like they were in my corner the entire time. A special mention to Peter, whose humour got me through what could have been a really overwhelming process.
