I hadn't dealt with Peter in the first instance and only met him on the night of the Auction as I'd been dealing with Roger, his assistant. Peter was able to increase the bids to get the property on the market which ended in a good result for us. We are very happy with how things have gone so far, with plenty of communication between the realtors, vendors and ourselves. Thanks again!

Peter initially presented as genuinely interested in assisting me to sell my home after a number of years of pursuing me to do so. My major complaint is Peter's request half an hour prior to auction for a bonus on his commission for his staff to work harder to obtain a higher sale figure. I felt extremely pressured to comply and reluctantly agreed but this only added to what was an already stressful situation. Peter had ample opportunity to present this to me at a meeting at home a few days prior to auction however he failed to do this and I am sorry to say I found this to resonate as rather deceitful behaviour. I am considering writing to the Real Estate Licensing Board to inform them of my experience.
