I cannot recommend Peter and Stephanie highly enough. I asked them to sell my house after such a positive experience buying a house that they were selling. I felt that whilst they were clearly trying to maximise the vendor’s outcome, they acted in such a way that everyone was really happy with the process and ultimate price. Peter’ and Steph's deep experience and market knowledge are very clear, and their approach both meant a great outcome for me financially in selling but also took a lot of the stress out of the process. There were no surprises, they have a great network of tradesmen and stylists that I could access and they had great insights re market soundings and buyer interest, and as an added bonus they are both lovely to deal with and always displayed great integrity.
