I was referred to Peter by a friend who had recently sold a property. My regard for Realtors over the years (having sold and purchased a number of properties) is not very high. Peter is one out of the box. Yes he is fast talking. Yes he tells you he will do this and that. The difference between Peter and the rest is that he walks the walk and talks the talk. He gave us a valuation and as I have experienced in the past I thought to myself we will see. I thought he might be good because of his outgoing personality so I hired him. Well as it turns out it was one of the best decisions I have made. He did everything he said he would. I wanted to be informed every step of the way in the preparation of the advertising campaign and he made sure this happened. He found a purchaser very quickly and negotiated very strongly on my behalf and at no point did he coerce me into accepting an offer. We achieved the figure within the range he quoted and I am very happy with the result. If you are looking to sell your house I think you would be at a disadvantage if you didn't employ Peter for this.
