Peter was exactly what we needed in an agent - he was very knowledgeable about the area, kept us updated after every home open and was always contactable if we needed some advise or had a question. Thank you for making the sale of our first home be a good experience.

Peter, was very professional and assisted us greatly in the purchase and subsequent settlement period. Overall satisfied with the service provided.

Peter was extremely professional and helpful in selling our property in Winthrop. His knowledge of the market was the reason we went to him. Peter provided us with regular updates so that we always knew what was going on. I would definitely have him as an agent if we decide to sell again

Peter knew the market and advised us on what we needed to do to get our price. Communication was excellent. Thanks Peter.

I had 4 agents give me appraisals and went with Peter because he knew me and how upsetting and unsettling this was going to be for me. He went out of his way to provide me with information that I could actually understand and what I didn't understand Peter took care of it for me. He sold within 2 weeks when other properties in the area are still in the market and he got the price I was expecting. My whole famliy are very happy with how this has handled. He puts himself out there to help people sell their property and for the price they expect if not for more. I w9ould recommend Peter to everyone and have done so. Love you Peter

Working with Peter Halton on the purchase of my property at Innaloo was a pleasure, I highly would recommend MVP real estate and Peter Halton, Paul Thompson 9a Nangetty street Innaloo

I found Peter to be a friendly and sensible sales agent. Whilst sales agents act for the seller, from a buyers perspective, he was fair and straight forward and wanted to secure the sale with minimal fuss. He was responsive and easily contacted. There was limited silly sales talk. Peter clearly values his reputation and builds relationships for the longer term.

Peter has assisted our family on a number of occasions, each time we have been very happy. He has an excellent knowledge of the property market in Kardinya and Samson, and works extremly hard to get the best deal for his clients. We have no hesitation in recommending Peter to both buyers and sellers

He professionally discussed each process in a appropriate manner and we were satisfied with his service.

Peter was very professional, proficient and communicated promptly & effectively throughout. He has extensive RE knowledge and experience. Peter ensured a smooth and hassle free experience and our property sold within a week of listing. We highly recommend Peter Halton (MVP Real Estate) without any hesitation.

Peter helped ensure our purchase was as smooth as it could be, even though we were over east when the borders were shut. He helped navigate settlement troubles and always kept us up to date with everything. Thank you for everything Peter.

Peter as a agent was helpful in setting up my home for sale. I recommend him to other wanting to sell
