Peter was very persistent with the sale process for my property which I knew was going to be a tough sell. I was given a lot of stories on how other houses were selling, rather than hearing from him on what needs to be done to make my sale happen. Had a similar experience with the previous agent (before Peter) i had for my property. I had to make it clear that other stories may be of interest on how the market is, but I was more interested to hear from Peter on his strategy for my property. Peter did keep in regular contact with me which was appreciated, he does need to be given a new mobile phone, most calls from Peter had very poor reception. Our experience with a "purchase to buy" option I believe was a new experience for Peter/Harcourt to which I found I had to do most of the work. i would have anticipated that Harcourt would have been able to provide more of a service with this. Overall, I was satisfied with Peter role in the tough sale of the property, he maintained his integrity throughout with me which I measure highly.
