Wow, we learnt why people say that selling and buying a house really is an 'experience.' It can be extremely stressful and there are lots of unknowns that dominate your thinking. Will it sell? Will we get the right price? What if....? To add to the madness, getting a house ready for an open for inspection with 2 small children were all key ingredients that made this 'experience' one we certainly don't plan on doing again for many years. We were fortunate though to have Peter and the team from Property One supporting and guiding us through the process. Peter was calm when we were stressed, he was patient when we were needy and great with the kids too. There's no way we would have navigated our way through this without a good agent to support and help us through. Peter was all that and more and we can't recommend him enough.
