I wanted to take the time to thoroughly recommend Peter Helmi if you are considering selling a property We recently were in the position of selling an un-renovated 2BR unit in Frankston and I gave Peter a call to see what we might be able to achieve I didn't know Peter at this stage - he just happened to work at the estate agent that were managing our property The first thing that struck me about Peter was that I felt he genuinely had my best interests at heart. My overwhelming preference was just to get the property on the market and get rid of it. Most agents would have just gone along with this, let me sell the property un-renovated and take a quick, relatively easy commission. But, knowing the result would be better for me, Peter talked me around to renovating the property. So we decided to renovate - but what a headache that would be surely - we live in Eltham and the property we were selling was 50 minutes away in Frankston...? He effectively project managed the renovation for us - using a trusted contractor of his acquaintance to carry out the work. I'd receive regular phone calls from Peter updating on progress and from time to time seeking my decision on a renovation issue. All of the stress of managing the renovation was lifted from my shoulders. The property came up a treat, on a lean budget and on time for our allotted auction campaign.
