We first meet Peter Houliston known as Hooly many years ago when he first came to the Thornlands area and he would walk the streets canvassing the area making himself known would answer any questions or just have a friendly chat. You would always see his car parked in one of the streets as you enter the area and you knew he was selling or buying or simply following up which he did on regular basis which he still does today sometimes with his team and provide ongoing selling and buying details. Peter sold our unit after the original real estate that sold us the unit could not do any good no one turning up at the open houses and only 2 possible leads after 2 months the best offer was 270K. We then went to Peter and explained what we did and he had no hesitation in agreeing to sell our unit. He was very positive from the word go that he could sell the unit at a higher price and immediately drew up the contract even before he inspected the unit, as he had visited the area many times.
