I am more than happy to recommend Peter. Even as a buyer when I contacted him for advice, Peter explained to me, that although impartial, he acted for sellers and so would not compromise the trust sellers had in him. With that being said, he offered free advice to me on properties I was interested in, even not sold through his company, in regards to whether the asking price reflected market prices and whether there were legal issues I wouldn't be aware of. His mantra of doing the right thing being a benefit to both parties in the long run was refreshing and made sense. And I had a ton of questions that he (and his lovely wife) was nothing short of friendly and helpful with. Peter appears to me as honest (an attribute almost extinct in the world of real estate) and will try to help wherever he can. After many varying experiences with estate agents over the years, Peter was a breath of fresh air and I feel lucky I came across him (through a recommendation) and would not hesitate to recommend him myself to anyone looking to sell or wanting advice when buying. 10/10.

This is the second time I have used Hooly and the best way to describe him is tireless and committed. Our process involved discussing the property value, tidying up over a decade worth of tenants wear and tear, listening to market feedback and undertaking further work to the property prior to achieving a price that was at the top end of expectation for the property. Considering I work 70+ hours a week and live in a different city it fell to Hooly to organise all of this at prices better than I could achieve and in timeframes I couldn't match through my enquiries. During this period he also showed the property, contacted potential purchasers and even sent me photographic proof of his watering some new turfing on a Sunday! I will seriously consider further investing in this area, but ONLY if I have Hooly on the team to guide me in terms of acquisition, light renovation and ultimately sale - both for his knowledge and energy and also because he is just a great guy! 5 out of 5 for me!
