There’s lots to like about Hooly. He is very positive and enthusiastic with a great team supporting him, all of whom are friendly and most professional in their dealings. He was upfront about what improvements needed to be made to the house before the advertising began and didn’t make unrealistic claims as to price we could achieve. The photos made the house look fabulous.. Via his link we received real time updates on open houses and buyers feedback. We were on a ship off Norway when we received the first of 3 contracts via email. We were able to sign digitally and the house was sold. We couldn’t believe how easy it was.
