Look elsewhere. Hopeless, hapless and unprofessional. We knew him personally and asked for his help with a tricky sell and he clumsily ignored our wishes and then lied to us about the settlement date, our one issue we’d requested his help with. Thoroughly let down.

When you came in on settlement you were happy and relieved. The price you received was $50k more than what your neighbours sold for, more than what either of us expected and you were absolutely delighted?
As we knew each other, we committed to assisting you and i discounted your commission by a third to help with your travels and expenditure to Mexico. We were aware that you were only using our services for the extra help as you were heading for Mexico, for storage, tip runs, assistance selling your car and your furniture. We even offered you our business vehicle free of charge until you left the country and offered for you to stay in our family home with us, to save your rent money. You were always very grateful. On settlement date you were very grateful. A contract date is clearly marked on a contract and agreed by all parties. A real estate agent has absolutely NO INFLUENCE on a settlement date after the contract has been agreed and signed and there is no record of an issue with settlement. It settled on the day and time it was supposed to.
I would like to try and understand this testimonial and resolve any issues you have with us in an attempt to turn this around for you. We are so sorry you are unhappy with me/us and want to make it right. Where did we go wrong please? Can i take this opportunity to thank you for the business and wish you all the very best with your new life in Mexico
