I had a unit to sell and was recommended to Peter Hunt by a friend of the family, who had had a property sold through him. Although I was skeptical that one estate agent was different from any another, I agreed to meet with him. Peter met me at my home and offered a clear strategy for my sale, and illustrated that through his research of the local area there was an almost certain chance of an immediate sale, and a strong possibility of a good return. He illustrated the process we would have go through, provided an indication of a price range, showed me the brochures he intended to have printed up, and outlined how he thought the sale would proceed. Peter also organised minor repairs and painting for the property. Ultimately, the property was shown on Saturday - and sold by Tuesday. Peter successfully negotiated between the various interested parties and delivered, much to my surprise and delight, a price at the higher end of the expected range. Throughout the process Peter was most attentive to my needs, not hesitating to visit me personally where necessary. Even during delays from the other side, he was patient and respectful of my wishes.
