There is nothing worse than trying to find a reason not to come to work... We generally all work for a large period of our lives and I firmly believe whatever you are doing there should be a passion for it no matter what it is..I appreciate this is not always possible but it should be your goal... My mother was a hairdresser who loved her job so much she found it hard to retire... I never forgot this advice about passion... and luckily, I have found it in this industry... do not ever take your staff for granted and you will be rewarded in many ways...
