Roger explained ,$10,000 flat for sale doesn`t matter how much it sells for , GST was never mentioned most likely was added after we signed . Got email saying we misunderstood but , when we responded never got to us back At one stage bedroom lights were left on for four days by one of your agent ,thanks to a neighbour who informed us . Blinds and curtains were left open ,not much for the agent but not good enough for the owners .
