Peter had a thorough knowledge of the property we were viewing, and followed up regularly with updates as to what was happening with the property. Peter always let us know when the home was going to be open again, in case we wanted to go through and have a second or third look at the home. This is actually quite important, because even though you think you take notice of everything the first time you actually don't. Once we made an offer on the house, we had dramas reading the documents as they weren't very clear, and Peter was prepared to meet me to give me hard copies of the paperwork, wherever was convenient. As a buyer, we were given extra information about the house to explain how the money had been spent in the house, because it had great attention to detail. Peter was always polite and professional when dealing with us, and I think he had a good rapport with the seller also, who trusted his skills as a middle man to get the deal over the line. Obviously, it is in Peter's favour to be professional, polite, knowledgeable etc, but I'm sure there are many real estate agents who probably aren't as professional, and of course you can't account for personality clashes. We have been very happy with our experience of dealing with Peter, and of course he enabled us to get what we wanted.
