After performing detailed research, reaching out to the key agents in the Sunshine area, flying down to Melbourne & interviewing a couple of agents in person, it was clear that one agent stood out from the rest in terms of technical knowledge in the construction area, established relationships with local developers / investors, professionalism, enthusiasm and local market knowledge & was therefore the right agent to sell our multi unit development project and that was Peter Kay from Douglas Kay. Peter not only delivered but exceeded our high and perhaps sometimes unrealistic expectations. From providing assistance to dealing with existing long term tenants who decided to abruptly leave the property as they were not comfortable with its opens, arranging for a local team of cleaners to prepare the property for its viewing while we were interstate, selling our property at a price which exceeded our expectations to a local builder in record time (24 hours from the date of listing) to providing assistance to dealing with a delayed settlement and a couple of hiccups along the way.
