I was impressed by the confidence Peter and Tamara had that they would be able to sell our home and that the price we were looking for was attainable. Peter had helped us over a period of months whilst we were looking for a new family home offering free assistance and advice when we attended a few auctions. This culminated in Peter actually sourcing the perfect house for us (but not necessarily that we would have looked at as it probably was not originally what we were looking for) "off market" and was able to secure this home on our behalf.
