Peter was very prompt and quick in communication throughout the campaign. After every open-for-inspection, he would promptly call and give us a summary and background of the interested parties. He would go out of his way to open the home to interested parties, in fact he obliged many potential buyers who wanted 2 or 3 private inspections (each), and in late evenings too! Peter pushed the buyers, and got us a good price for our house. He had excellent knowledge about the house pricing around Cranbourne North, and gave us advice on price to advertise on, also which offers to accept / reject.
