Peter can and will sell your house...as long as you actually know the value! If not, do the work to get there. Pete was brilliant from start to finish. Interviewed 3 agents after speaking with Peter 9 months previous to going to market. Thought he was easily the most up-front and raw in saying what needed to be done to get the price desired. Pete always tells you how it is good or bad...if your style is shit and can't be marketed...he will tell you.
