This was a tricky one. I am assisting my 90 yr old step mother sell her unit in Mooloolaba. She is in a "locked down" aged care facility and we are both in Melbourne. Peter was recommended to me and he proved to be honest, efficient and particularly helpful with the situation. In the end we had a terrific result in a very short time.

Peter and the whole staff at Mooloolaba were all very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Peter went above and beyond my expectations. We were selling my Dad's very old home on a very narrow block but in a fantastic position on Maroochy River. After my second phone call I was amazed how terrific Peter was he had already been to the town planner and had done his homework on a business who really wanted the block to see what could be done by developer etc. None of the other salesmen from other real estates had done anything like this. Peter kept me up to date with every thing and everyone he had spoken to. Home went to auction and sold. Fantastic.
