When selling my parents deceased estate I met with 4 realestate agents. I had a figure in mind of what I thought the house may be worth, not being from the area I really was just throwing a figure out there. Peter was the only one who told me with all honesty what the house was worth and what the selling points would be. Other agents were all about the "APPS" that they use to sell houses where as Peter did the hard work and letter dropped the area, not that they don't use modern technology there is just a more personal touch. Offers were submitted after the first weekend of opens. Peter talked me through the pro's and cons of each offer and didn't pressure me in anyway. Just gave me honest and down to earth opinions.
