Very disappointed. In the 8 months or so that Harcourts had our house on the market, we would not have had more than 4 or 5 phone calls and updates from Peter who was very much in a hurry to sell it through Harcourts. There was rare feedback other than a monthly chart ! And to top the whole thing off , he didn’t evenbother to ring to say it has been sold, we found out through our conveyances who I might add were fantastic. We bought the property 9 years ago off Harcourts but would never deal with you again because of the lack of interaction between agent and owner.
