Where do I start. I was immediately compelled to choose Peter when he sold my neighbours house in Clayton south. His professionalism, communication and passion for this campaign was phenomenal. He worked hard to attract clients and on auction day there was over 100 people.
Peter has the technical stuff mastered. His knowledge re the market, the industry, the buyers, the marketing etc is second to none. You would struggle to find someone who can do better technically but lets put that aside. Where Peter stood out for me was that I felt like I had a close friend selling my house for me. I first met Peter Laspas 2 years ago while I was going thru a divorce, at the time I did not want to sell my house but peter sent me Christmas cards and would occasionally call to see how I was.
