Peter showed respect and a listening ear and was open and honest with us. With a focus on a good price in a declining market Peter set the expectations realistically and did not over inflate the expected values in the vain hope of milking every last dollar but on a good outcome. Had to make a tough choice to sell our property in winter however we had full support from Peter from day 1 till we sold the place.
