Having approached several prospective agents, I'm so glad that we decided to go with Peter Ly for the sale of my father's house. While other agents we spoke to wanted us to rely on their "database of developers" to sell the property privately, Peter presented us with a comprehensive campaign that was based on a sound knowledge of the potential buyers, the market trends specific to the immediate location (not the adjoining suburbs which have little similarity to the property) and the land size. Peter demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the area and the street, even to the point of knowing the names of many of the neighbours. On Peter's advice we took the property to auction, against the "advice" of other agents who said that an auction would fail. Throughout the campaign Peter maintained regular communication with us so that we could see how the campaign was developing week to week. He was always courteous and took note of our specific circumstances, incorporating this into the campaign. At the auction we achieved a final price that well exceeded our expectations.
