There was no doubt the minute we met and then chatted with Peter, that what you see and hear from Peter is what you get. Good communication, follow through and that genuine feel. Highly recommend!!! & all the other little chats also very personable & downright lovely!
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Peter Martin from PRD Ballarat during the sale of my late brother's property. Coping with the loss of a loved one is an incredibly difficult experience, and Pete demonstrated exceptional professionalism, empathy, and understanding throughout the entire process. From our first meeting, Pete was attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain each step of the selling process clearly, ensuring I felt informed and at ease. His communication was exemplary, I was kept regularly updated on all aspects of the sale, and Pete was always available to answer my questions promptly and patiently. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, the property sold quickly and at a price that exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for Pete’s support during such a challenging time and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate, reliable, and results-driven real estate agent.
I've known Pete a long time but when coming to choose an agent it was a no brainer. He's one of the few agents in Ballarat that is a trained negotiator and invests in himself and his own education to get the best results for his clients. Pete works with you, not against you and takes steps to create strategies and discuss possibilities and solutions. This resulted in our property being sold over asking price and confidence that he left no stone unturned in doing so. I couldn't recommend Pete enough as someone that works with you and not for themselves.
From start to finish Peter was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and skill made me feel at ease and comfortable every step of the way. Peter made me feel like his only client, even though he is very sought after!

I have had the pleasure of selling twice with Peter Martin. He has an excellent knowledge of the Ballarat housing market. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home
Peter's knowledge of the local market proved invaluable to setting expectations and placing the property at the right level to get maximum interest. This resulted in multiple parties bidding the price above range and market average.
I have had the pleasure of both buying and selling with Peter Martin and can attest to his professionalism, integrity and responsiveness. Peter demonstrates clear and deep market knowledge; he has a natural capacity to develop empathy with both buyer and seller and is a strong and clear communicator who appreciates the requirements of all parties. I unequivocally recommend Peter to any seller or buyer and express gratitude for his assistance.
Second house / time I have sold with Pete and would highly recommend. Always a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't go with anyone else if I were to sell again in Ballarat.
