Pete also had my property cleaned, painted, gardens maintained and had the property fully dressed by their amazing stylist. My property sold at my price expectation, which was in line with what Pete advised me before putting it on the market. This shows that Pete has a strong understanding of the market, and doesn’t over-inflate price expectations with his clients in order to get a listing. Belle were also my property managers, who did a brilliant job over the past 10 years I have been with them.
