Exceptional result

While the property I offered for sale was in a high demand location the result achieved at auction was far beyond expectations. I attribute this largely to the work done throughout the campaign by Peter and his team. Peter's advice as to what needed to be done to the property prior to the marketing campaign was spot on. For example I was initially sceptical about the value of styling but decided to "trust the expert" and this proved well worth the cost. Peter took the time to understand what I needed and knowing the limited time I had to devote to organising painting, carpeting and styling, he and his team found the right people and helped coordinate it in record time.
