Back in 2005 Peter and his team sold our home to us, and we were happy with the service from L J Hooker back then, so it seemed only natural to give Peter a call to help us sell our home. We did interview 2 other agents, but we liked Peter's honest approach and it wasn't a case of "the more money you spend the better I can sell your house". Peter and his team were always very courteous and accommodating with inspections and open houses, particularly when I became quite ill in the middle of the process. We were met at the apartment complex on time. During the inspection we were led to believe that the water was separately metered (it isn't) and that the fridge was included (it was in the contract - but was the property of the site manager - this leaves me $650 out of pocket, which I am definitely not pleased about). There were a few delays in signing of the contract, firstly because the Form 8 (disclosure) was out of date, and secondly because the owner was overseas. I had to do a lot of running around to help coordinate things. I felt that the agent could have been more proactive in this whole process. We were met again (on time) for the pre settlement inspection. The secretary (Joanne) has been very helpful and conscientious throughout the process.

We have dealt with Pete 3 times now and have been extremely happy each time. We will be using him again when we move in the future. He is incredibly tolerant, honest and reliable. Would recommend him
