I think Peter being in real estate and I am assuming you have been for some time. You should have more faith in people re reserve price. I had had done some research that myself and I new it would Sell more than what you said. I am thankful there were two bidders there that wanted it if there was not we would have been $70,000.00 short and that is a lot of money. So if I can do my research in selling and how much you should have done yours.
