Peter has been a good agent overall - communicative and sees the project through to the end. The team have been very respectful in their dealings and do go the extra mile to ensure a sale and keeping the sellers informed. Our properties needed more work prior to listing - this would be my only take away - inspect and fix prior to listing and inspections.
